Radu has a strong academic and professional background in education and training with over 15 years of experience in planning, developing and implementing training and 8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in international projects. He is currently a consultant to the European Commission - DG Education and Culture: Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency and prior to that held posts as Advisor on Adult Learning and International Development at the Espace Pédagogie Formation France and Coordinator of International Affairs at Västra Nylands folkhögskola, Finland. He is skilled in managing cultural change and motivating others to participate in learning.
Lisa has worked in the field of Education Policy for over 15 years and has facilitated policy briefings, public hearings and debates for a number of NGOs, government agencies and local councils. As a former Head of Policy and Research at the Campaign for Learning she has gained a broad knowledge of adult education, family learning and prison education. Recently she has been working in Papua New Guinea on community participation projects to improve health, wellbeing and education in communities affected by gang culture. She is a skilled facilitator and creative in her approach to engaging communities. Her qualifications include an MBA with International Development and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
